I have 3 Honda car that I bought at this dealer place and whatever problem I have with any of my vehicles I always bring it to them. I took my Honda pilot last 19 September and I had Karla Gunther as my service advisor. I don't normally make a review, cause some of them are only want you to spend your money for some problem that not really a big deal. I had a wonderful first time experience at Honda West! I had a 9:30 appointment and they had my car in on time and did oil change, rotated my tires, and changed several filters and I was finished in an hour! I now know why my daughter wont go anywhere but Honda West! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful! Thanks for being awesome! You have a new loyal customer!!
