I am a repeat Honda West customer and purchased my 3rd new vehicle from them. Took it in this past weekend for its 1st complimentary oil change only to discover tire rotation is not part of the service. I have had many other vehicles; Toyota, Nissan, and Ford and tire rotation was included. I'll be taking my vehicle elsewhere where they offer a complete maintenance packages from now on.

I recently purchased a car from Honda West and had a wonderful experience. I had a not-so-great experience several years back with a different Honda dealership in Vegas so I was dead-set about not going back to them. I worked with Jon, and he was great. I was treated with respect and got what I was looking for. Terrific service!!!! I made an appointment on line for 4:30 pm on a Monday for a routine oil change. I rolled in at about 4:20 pm and met with my service adviser Adam Rodriguez, he had me in immediately and by 4:40 pm my car was returned finished with the service and ready to go. Thanks Honda West!!
