Overall, I like Honda West, and have been going here for some years now, and I'm generally happy with my overall buying and service experiences. Until today. I recently took my vehicle in to get an oil change and transmission fluid replacement on my 2016 Honda Pilot Touring(2/28/18). Here it is 8 days later and my vehicle now has 2 faults/system warnings that have popped up within the last 24hrs. I'm really hoping you guys can fix this problem. I've had great experience with Honda West. I bought my two most recent cars there. The only issue I have is that the finance company seems to be Wells Fargo, which I somehow did not realize. I definitely would have paid any other way had I realized. Just a head's up for anyone who might not know that!
Just bought one of the last Volvo’s they had from Volvo of Las Vegas at Honda West. One the best car experience I have had. My sales guy Jesus Macias, was never pushy or desperate to sell me anything that I did not like. He explained the process and went for a test drive then two days later I went back ready to buy, I was lucky that the car was still available. They where selling them fast! They have good and competitive prices too. �
