Best experience was in the market for a car for my mom for mother's day
Was not happy with my last visit. I went there to get an oil change, but of course got a brake fluid flush that I supposedly needed, so the bill came out to $188.00 around there. It an hour which is fine. The bad part was that they forgot to reset the odometer reading for the oil % so it was still reading low. Now this is not the first time this has happened. I've been buying Honda Civics at Honda West since 1994 well before they moved to this location! I finally bit the bullet and traded in my 2007 Civic LX for a new 2018 model. Jilmar was a delight to work with. Not hard core and makes you feel that time spent with you is an important part of his day!!
I purchased my Honda Civic in 2008 from Honda West. Its been great an I always go to Honda West for service. They keep my car running trouble free. Was there yesterday for an oil change. Great staff.
