I was in Vegas for the weekend and my AC went out on my 2018 Honda Odyssey I called them they set up an appointment right away and got it fixed within a few hours which was awesome thank you Honda west
I love the staff but this is the 2nd time they got it wrong ... 1st time they had to replace the brand new engine which was their error & now they are gonna replace the air con in 110* temperatures with 3 kids under 6 yrs old �
Our first service could not have gone better. All my questions were answered and we were out in no time at all!
Turned in lease. 2015 Civic. ( still have paid in full 2007 Pilot which we LOVE) -sales not interested in making new deal for another vehicle even after we looked for an hour at 2 different vehicles... took the Keyes gave us paperwork and said goodbye... guess we will get our next lease somewhere else...where is Honda Dave when we need him? Goodbye Honda!
Honda West has always worked with me to fix any problem. I recently had to get a new battery. I was in and out in less than 1 hour.
