I come to Honda West for all service on my Accord. My most recent service advisor, Rick Ream, was very friendly and efficient in getting the oil change, coolant flush and filter change done in less than an hour and a half. Great waiting room when you if you can't drop off. Don Meoli

I go by Maria willett I am very happy the customer service Carlos Avila provided to me he is awesome he’s customer service ethics is excellent he answered all my questions he help me from beginning to end when I purchase my brand new CRV
Came in for oil change. Daniel at Service was helpful. Answered a lot of questions. Recommended filter change. Our other Honda was rear ended and Daniel recommended a body shop. Daniel is knowledgeable, engaging and professional. He was also sincerely apologetic when he could not give us a courtesy car wash because it was down that day. I will go visit him again on my next service schedule.
I would give negative stars if I could. I bought this car less than a month ago and the radio went out. They said they couldn’t help me unless I brought it in on Monday. I can’t. I’m a single dad of two little boys. One of whom was adopted and needs special help. I am a disabled vet and a school teacher so I am busy literally all day. I work 12 hour days and work all night with my boys. They told me they were trying everything hey could to help me. Everything meaning I have to adjust my schedule while they do nothing. Fast and friendly service; Rick was very nice, thorough and efficient. I didn’t realize how affordable oil changes are here and always assumed it was cheaper to go elsewhere. Will be bringing the vehicle to the dealer for now on.
