Just had to say what a great experience we had buying a Honda at Honda West yesterday. Joshua was very nice and knowledgeable (28 years at Honda West) and the whole experience was quick and easy. Got a great deal, no price haggling, and everyone read happy. The whole thing took less than 2 hours. Highly recommend.

Honda West and Honda are not recognizing a completely defective paint issue on the 2014 CRV we bought new from them WITH A PAINT PROTECTION PACKAGE!!. It's absolutely obvious the paint is peeling off the car in numerous places and they play dumb like the paint isn't defective. I would tell everyone I know to never buy a Honda from Honda West, nor a Honda period now since it's clear they have a paint issue.
