Recommendedwork performed and recommendations for other work was good. However, 3 hours to change a faulty gas cap was unreasonable to say the least. I waited for the the results of the inspection for2hours and finally had to ask what the prognosis was. was told a faulty gas cap and it took an additional 45 minutes to complete the task. waiting time, 2hours and 45 minutes. unacceptable

Great costumer service, clean and everyone is really friendly
I went in last week for routine maintenance... Javier the maintenance specialist was most attentive. Wait time took a little longer but I didn’t have an appointment so 2 1/2 hour wait was decent. I mentioned about a squeaky belt like sound.. took them a while but they figured out it was water pump and pulley that needed replacing before it completely went out. Thanks goodness for extended warranty it was replaced free of charge. Ok the employees are very attentive, friendly, and always with smile.
