RecommendedKarla is excellent and been going to her for yrs the service is wonderful and they take good care of me.
I was misled by sales, management, and finance. Once you drive away they don’t want to help you. I thought if I was a repeat customer they would treat me a bit better but that wasn’t the case. I will not purchase from them again.
I love the salespeople, especially dealing with Jilmar. The service department has also been fantastic. Karla, in service, is fabulous. We have bought quite a few cars from Honda West over the years, and we’ve always been impressed with the people and the quality of the vehicles.
You can never go wrong with full Service by Karla, I’m happy with her since 2012.
