A big thank you to Sergio for helping my daughter and I get into a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Just leased a new 2019 Honda Pilot..loved it. I went to 2 other Honda dealers before going to Honda West. I wish I had gone there first. I received the best deal for me and customer service was excellent. Thank you to all the staff members that helped me get my car specially TJ Smith.
Great staff and many great cars
Service department has done a terrible job for a second time. Jonathon in particular told me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. When I went in that was not the case and I needed to go back to enterprise to get another rental car. This created a major inconvenience for me. Brian the service department GM took over and made just my car was fixed. Ultimately, I should be reimburse for wasted time. Time is money. I don't appreciate it being wasted.
