Service department is terrible. Always trying to sell you more than you need as far as car repairs.
RecommendedMy new service advisor, Jose Pichardo, was so kind and helpful when I took my vehicle in for service. The shuttle driver, Edwin, was prompt and courteous as well. I’m pleased with the service level and confident with vehicle repairs and maintenance being done at Honda West.

I hate buying cars, but Antonio and their haggle-free policy made it easy in comparison to prior purchases. (I do think the paperwork could be more streamlined. It shouldn't take longer to sign than it does to choose the car.) Overall, very happy with my Odyssey purchase.
Honda West is the best. We bought our Pilot and it’s a no haggle excellent experience. Had our oil changed today and was in and out in 20 minutes and car was washed. I asked what is needed next time oil change is due and they didn’t up sell me which was nice. I highly recommend Honda West and Pedro in the service department.
