bought first Honda On Saturday night from Honda Dave and he was amazing! He was so patient and kind, and really helped us out! The whole team at Honda West was amazing! The moment we got out of our car we were greeted with a smile and concern, then Honda Dave took care of us, and so did Tony and Ritchie! Everyone!!! Thank you so much! They made buying my first car at a dealership a easy and fun experience! Oh and might I add, I’m am now obsessed with my car!!!
A 'maintenance' symbol come on my Honda CRV. I went to Honda West, waited in the No Appointment line and Colby D. Cote came right out with a big smile! After looking at the symbol, said I needed an oil change, new filter, tire rotation, etc. I said I would wait but I thought it might take an hour or so. It was not more than 20 minutes and it was finished! Wonderful service, and will always ask for Colby when I need something! Thanks.
By far my best car buying experience. Jilmar Esperanza couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgeable about the Civic I picked out. Joshua Cheng explained everything clearly as we went through the paper work. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Compared the the 4 hours it took when I bought a car from Planet Nissan in the past, I was thrilled with how fast the whole thing went. 2 enthusiastic thumbs up to Honda West!!!
Hello. Today I had an appointment Friday 11/3 230pm. There was special order part that had arrived for my battery cable to be replaced. The work was done and I left Just after 5pm. Once I left your service center I went to the gym nearby on Sahara and Decatur. On my way to the gym the dashboard lit up and it was the orange engine light on my dashboard left hand side. RATING FOR SERVICE. Very thorough service check. Joshua Madrid walked me through the initial check and told me about some additional services I needed. All the services produced noticeable results almost immediately -- more reactive response to acceleration, street MPG up by about 5 MPG (and very much looking forward to what the difference in highway MPG is on my drive to work today). My car has over 130,000 miles now, and it has never run better.
