Absolutely the BEST experience ever with Honda West service in the last 13 years! My wife and I received over the top service from the moment we arrived for an express oil change. We I explained we just had time for the oil change only because of a busy schedule, we were not put at the end of the line because it was not a large ticket, instead we were given priority and we were in and out in record time. We will always recommend Honda West to any of our family or friends!

5 stars to Javier. I took Honda Fit for oil change and voiced my concern about the tire pressure monitor light. He listened, explained how they function, and was confident it was a tire problem. He let me know what was going on every step of the way. He said they found a nail in the front tire. Didn't try to sell me a new set of tires, or run the bill up. In research of a car for my granddaughter, my family & I have nothing but great things to say about Honda West. I normally get my service work done from my Honda dealer in Austin,Texas. My road trip was extensive and Honda West of Las Vegas made sure I did not waste any of it. Shaun took care of informing me what options I had available for maintenance and also about how long it would be (all I needed at this point was an oil change).
