Have been with Honda West for more than 6 years. Have received excellent service whether bringing my car in for an appointment or for express service. Karla is my service rep and my first go-to person on any occasion. Most recent, dead battery (shocked that it lasted more than 3.5 years in this Las Vegas heat). Quick, easy replacement without an appointment and some covered under prorated warranty. Happy to be back on the road.
Brought my wife's car in the evening before our 8:30am morning appointment. Repairs were made and we are very happy with the results. Honda west is providing an Outstanding customer service. They make sure you left satisfied and make you feel welcome again. On my last visit, Adam who is ver professional and courteous helped me with my service needs and provided professional advice. He and the team are putting a lot of genuine effort to keep you as part of the Honda family. Already had a Honda pilot and Honda accord new from Honda west. I feel my next upgrade is a Honda again. Neither the people nor the car don't let you down. Go Honda West!!!!
Highly recommend setting up an appointment when needing an oil change. Javier was able to get me in and out efficiently! Much different than my previous oil change there.
