The most ridiculous thing happened today. I leased a Honda CR-V EX from Honda West in Las Vegas on 2-3-2017. I signed a contract with down payment and monthly payment for 3 years. I was contacted by the manager James Slocum today that they made a mistake in calculating interest rate and I have to either pay $63 more a month or return the car. There are so many courteous & professionally helpful people that work here, it cannot be a coincidence, it has to be a positive reflection on management. Our car before the current CRV was a Mercedes S320 and service quality here doesn't rival that of MB, it surpasses it. Extremely friendly people and the place is as clean as a hospital. the job today was a simple oil change and rotate tires, not a lot of time to do, and the engine and the ride are both NOTICEABLY smoother

I moved to North Las Vegas and the dealership is a bit further now. I feel guilty for saying this, however Findlay Honda is closer and I called them to get a same day appt, RUDE! I called Honda West as always, they got me right in. I always request Karla as my Advisor. In addition, I was in the auto industry for 28 years, I held just about every position. Had a 10000,/ 3.5 year check done on my Honda Crosstour. It included many service needs, so I left the car and picked up when called. The service rep. was very nice and very thorough. The car was also detailed. The only questionable problem I found the next day was, the tire valve covers were all different and one tire had no cover. I was treated well, and believe the costs were reasonable.

This Honda dealer is the best. They listen, answer your questions and then will recommend. Moved here from CO and took my CRV there for oil changes. Bought a new CRV at Honda West and was treated as we were special people. Very pleased with there service. Thank you

We have been searching for this Pilot for 18 months at several dealerships nad have gotten unacceptable service until we made an appointment online with your Las Vegas dealership. The three people who helped us were Shubao the salesman, Venessa Viteri the contact via email and Alex Robinson theFinance Manager. Honda West has the absolute BEST service in the Las Vegas Valley. This is not my first rodeo with a car purchase and their service people are always so helpful and always go the extra mile. I appreciate their shuttle service, being open on busy Saturday's, and explaining the service maintenance for my vehicle in user friendly terms. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable!!
