Kenny my service tech was great the speed of the service was awesome I just move here from east coast and was wondering if I could find good service for my cars and yes Honda west is the place to go
I came in with 2 services... and was told it would be 2 hours for a key programming and to diagnos my battery drain. 4 hours later they programmed the key and did not attempt to diagnosis the battery drain.
Just took my Honda 2008 CRV in for the air-bag recall. While it was there also had some needed service done. It was all done perfectly. My service agent Shawn was a professional and took care of all. Gave me my expected invoice amt. and called when car was ready. I have never had a bad experience at this Honda Agency. I trust them to keep my car going.
