I went in ready to buy a car and spoke to a Brian Haffey. He was very rude from the beginning. I don't speak very good english but I had the money and was ready to buy. He just put me off and talked down to me, it was probably the worst customer service i ever had in my entire life. I am a retired civil engineer and not an idiot, but he treated me like one. Very clean dealership . Honda is a great vehicle . I drive a Honda truck . Ridgeline . The salesman Tim was very helpful with showing me around . When I need some Honda products for my truck I will be sure to buy them there . Thank you for your hospitality .
I am a little disappointed with a repair I had done the other day. I went in for a "service required" light that comes on when my 2001 Honda Insight needs to have the oil changed. While there the technician noticed I had two motor mounts broken and he recommended I change them. I had them changed and after I picked up the car while driving home I noticed a noise coming from the car that sounds like something is rubbing against the wheel well. Hola mundo las Vegas, asegúrense de comprar un carro nuevo o compren en otro Dealer sencillamente, yo compre un Honda civic hace menos de 4 meses y ya tiene problema so, tengo una garantía que no se lo que cubre porque ahora tengo que pagar yo y el trato es bueno solo entes de comprar, una vez que compras te embarcaste y asegúrense bien de revisar el carro porque ellos saben si tiene algún defecto y por su puesto no te lo dicen okkkk, tenga cuidado, concejo compren en otro dealer.........!!!!!!!
Had great service from some really nice folks. They took care of me right away and the wait for my oil change didn't take more than an hour. Kudos to Honda West.
If I could give it no stars I would. Dishonest service advisors, and unconcerned service managers is all you'll find here. Disgusted doesn't even begin to describe the way I feel. First they lie about my warranty coverage - I go over an hour out of my way, only to have them not willing to do what was promised. I'll be telling everyone I know, and taking my business elsewhere. Don't buy a vehicle from these guys, and definitely don't get it serviced here!
