Carol in service is the best. So professional. She explains what is needed to be done and has detail notes on my Honda's past. I feel so special like I am so personally taken care of. Since a car is one of the biggest expenses I make Carol explains why it is so important to take care of it. I always make an appointment and the wait time for the service is quite fast. I will only take my car to Honda

I have bought 3 hondas since 2007 at honda east and findlay honda , i thought those were good experiences, then i went to honda west for the first time and had the best and easiest car buying experience yet, antonio was not pushy at all , wanted me happy and got me a great deal! Carol is the BEST!!! She went out of her way to make sure all my concerns and problems were addressed. I had two recalls on my 2016 Honda Civic, which I was greatly troubled with. It was an all day affair, and she went beyond the call to make sure I had a ride from the dealership to my place and back. Great experience all the way around. Highly recommend Honda West.
