Honda West is one of the dealerships that fits the stereotype we all worry about. Slimy sales people who don't care about you just selling you a car and careless management that sets low standards and encourages deceptive sales practices. Worst place ever ti take my car to get fix. ..they couldn't give me an exact diagnosis but told me it would be $500 to fix it..like really u don't know what's wrong. .but. Know how much it would be. .
What a great experience buying a car. Hassle free and great customer service. I'm forever a customer.
Will screw you out of every penny they can. Went in to replace the timing and drive belts but the tensioner that keep it in place is conveniently not part of this service. This is after I asked for a detailed email stating everything that will be done I was told " Oh no we fix the entire thing" just your water pump we have to look at but that is fine. Shame on you Honda west!!!!!!!
Horrible customer service! Even when you call them they're rude. They act like they are above you, when in fact they should genuinely want to help you. They had a recall on my car & it was almost impossible trying to book an appt because the reps were so rude I couldn't deal with them. When the day came they miscommunicated several pieces of information. Not only that, days later a cap popped off behind my steering wheel after they replaced the airbag in the steering wheel. Spend over 30K for Pilot in May, having my first service, Found a screw in the rear inside of tire. This may of been there?? May not off?? New tires and they wont do anything.. replacement is over $300.. They continue to be disappointing and poor customer service. Once they get the sale done they stop caring!!
This place does nothing but lie to your face over and over again. Do not ever buy a car here. If you want to know how bad this place is just imagine hell and times that by 1000 and you would still not even come close. Thank god there are other Honda dealership I can get my car service at.
