Of all the Honda dealerships I have worked with this has to be the worst on giving the customers information on everything they need to know about leasing a new vehicle. The entire process has been very unprofessional from the beginning! I am usually a sensible person but this whole situation has been very frustrating! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
I always use honda west and I like it but this time I'm so disappointed. At first, I have a recall parts and order parts. Few days later a guy called me for pick up the parts. so I went to pick it up, but they said must install here because It's recall items. ok I understood, but why he called me to pick it up?
