The staff at Honda west were very courteous and professional from the time I was greeted until the service was completed. I highly recommend this place.
Sean the service advisor was very rude and unwelcoming.
Made an appointment to get some recall work done on my element and was told to be there at 7am. Got there at 7 just to find out that they dont even accept car until 730am. My time is valuable. Dont tell me to be there at 7 if your service departmemt doesent even open until 730. The moron in the service department was not any help either. Is everyone who works at car dealer a moron, or just most? I'd like to say I'll never buy a honda again...but their all the same.
