This is my second car and I have been please with both sales people.My Odessy is great, but i do have a problem with the drivers side Windom. It makes a noise when i open it. Other then that I have been very happy with my purchases. i would recomend them to my friends and family.

Very smooth transaction. My husband and I found a used vehicle that we were interested in online, on the lot at Honda of Annapolis. Friendly and courteous staff had us inspecting and test driving the vehicle within 4 minutes of walking through the door. All our questions were answered quickly. We bought a great vehicle for a great price, with a great warranty. No pressure, and no awkward attempts to sell us anything we didn't want.
The salesman David Dicarlo waes very frendly and knolecabl about the vehicle that my wife and I bought. He made very attempt to get us the best price on this car that he could.

He was thorough in his demonstration and explanation of the amenities of the Honda Accord 2012 compare to my 2008 Accord. He demonstrated the various menus and navigational items. He said I would grow to love that backup camera---and I do!! Thanks to Andy and David---------I am a "happy driver" in my new 2012 Honda Accord. Yahooooo!!!
Excellent service and non-pressure tactics from team at Honda of Annapolis. We had no intention of buying a car on Saturday but by the time we were done we had a brand new car and were happy with our decision.
