I was appreciative of the multi point inspection and the technician sent to me a video of all the issues with my vehicle. My vehicle is older 2013 and I purchased it back in the day from your dealership, therefore, I will be returning for future services

I completed a car purchase at Honda North, but chose not to trade in my vehicle. After completing the sale, we talked about delivery because I did not have access to someone who could drive me back to pick up the car. Honda North’s suggestion was for me to take an Uber from my home approximately 1 hour away and they would split the cost (which they estimated to be $40.00 total). They did a great job . Did not try to add unnecessary work. . Did everything I asked for. Told me work that was not necessary at this time.

Honda North continues to be on point with service and customer satisfaction! A few months ago, I went for a 30, 000 mile service for my Honda Fit. Chad took care of me and my car's service seamlessly! The technicians in the shop were great about making sure my car was up to date and alerted me to what I might need done in the future.
