I felt like I had someone fighting on my side to get me a good deal. Also he was well informed about the car we looked at.
The Salesman Andy was very Good. And the Manager Andrea was exceptional. He wanted to work with me to ensure to earn my business for the future as well.
Good Price, Good Service by Good People. I drove to the dealership in a rental car. Took delivery of my new CRV the same day and Andy drove my rental back to the hotel for me saving me approximately $100 in cab fair. That's the kind of service that customers appreciate.
I have never really had a bad experience with any dealership, but this dealership & Charlie made this experience the best by far. They made me feel very welcomed & did not talk down to me because I am a woman.
My experience was great working with Mike. There wasn't a lot of back and forth, which I appreciated. Outstanding customer service, will definitely recommend!!
Charlie was a very nice sales person. He was really nice to my kids and made buying our Odyssey easy. We got a great price on the car and our trade in. This was our third car from Honda of Annapolis and we will be back for more in a few years!
Dan was great to deal with. No funny business. Everything that was promised was met. He even got me the exact car I wanted from another dealer because they didn't have exactly what I wanted there.
Great dealership! Charlie Holman sold me my used Accord and was very helpful. He explained all the car's features to me and made sure I understood them. If you're in the market for a new or used Honda definantly go to HOA and see Mr. Holman.
This was my 2nd purchase from this dealer, have referred my sister (Sept) and we of course, will return when we want new cars again!
