Richard Reid was very friendly and casual as well as informative. We did not feel pressured and it was even his birthday and he came in on his day off and stayed late!
We have purched five(5)cars from this dealer & Sal was salesman for each car. He works with you to get best deal Sal is a good person & likable.
The salesteam we had was extremely knowledgeable about their product. They not only took us on a test drive and explained the features of the car, they allowed us to take the car to the compeditor so we could compare the two cars we were interested in. They never "negatively" sold the other vehicle, just upsold theirs. The entire process was a positive experience for us.
My wife and I were looking to trade in our 2008 Honda Odyssey. David was great. He listened to everything I asked, then he and the staff there made it happen! We walked in not expecting anything and left there in a brand new 2011 Odyssey. From chosing the perfect match for my wife, then working w/ all the paperwork and my insurance company, it all took less than 2 hours! Fantastic experience and would recommend to anyone.
