I highly recommend Richard Reid. When I first visited Honda of Annapolis I had already narrowed my options to several SUV's. The Honda Pilot was one of my options. My husband and I have always liked our encounters with Andrew Klausing, "Andy" and the manager ...Matt, I can not remember his last name..They take their time with us and especially Andy answers any ?s we have. The Honda people have always been interested in both our concerns..I really like my new car. The staff was very friendly and not pushy. The whole process was smooth and was handled very quickly. All my questions were answered. The trade-in process was a good experience as well.

Khaled sold me the car, and I love it. I worked with Khaled on multiple visits. Andre was helpful in putting the payment I needed in range on the car I loved. Mr. Violet was helpful in the transaction and was friendly and resourceful.

After visiting Honda of Bowie, I am so thankful I came to Honda of Annapolis to buy my car. Richard was extremely helpful and made my car buying easy and comfortable. Unlike other dealerships, I felt no pressure and was at ease the whole time. I am thankful for the great staff and recommend Honda of Annapolis to everyone I know.

When my 1995 Civic EX died on me Charlie and the folks there were the best. They took great care of me. Good people there at Honda of Annapolis. In fact even after the sales process they've been in contact with me, following up to make sure I stay happy..

I came into the dealership with my husband and we where introduced to Charlie who was very friendly. He asked me what I was looking for to buy weather it be the basics or loaded with features He showed my the Pilot in the showroom and gave us details of the vehicle. He then proceeded to show us what was available outside and which one would I like to test drive. During the test drive he continued to tell us the features of the Pilot. I think the whole car buying process is pretty awful. However, Charlie was very helpful and nice and I was pleased with the end result.
