I bought a 2013 Honda Accord Sport. This was the first *new* new car I had bought in over 25 years. Andy was easy to work with, and has a sense of humor. He was never pushy, nor did he (at least blatantly) try to *sell* me. Everyone in the place was very friendly and patient.
This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Honda of Annapolis. Again it was a great experience and I will send all my family and friends there to buy their cars. My salesman was great, the managers Andre and Matt were very friendly and did everything they could to make the sale as painless as possible...and they delivered. Excellent car buying experience! Vicky, the sales person, was warm, friendly, patient and thoroughly professional taking the time to answer my questions and address any concerns. Today for the first time after buying my Honda I came back to get an oil change and have the service department look at a electrical issue I have been having since I bought my car with the passenger side window, after an hour and a half of waiting (which I didn't mind) I was approached by a mechanic and told that the problem with my window was because I put tint on my window! Salesperson was very rude and did not want to negotiate whatsoever. He made me feel as though he was doing me a favor by talking to me and it did not appear as though this dealership wanted to sell a vehicle. He would not return my messages. I had read several poor reviews of this dealership but only after I had considered this dealership to buy a vehicle from. With the economy the way it is, I don't know how this dealership stays in business.
The WORST car buying experience ever!!!! Do not buy a used car from this dealership - their finance manager lies and they sell used lemons!!! Do not rely on the score on here for used sales if you specifically look at all of the used car reviews you will realized they sell used lemons! First of all, do not be fooled by the 4.5 rating you see on first page of this website. People understand there is a reason why this dealership is not listed as a certified dealer on this website. We recently purchased a used Honda Odyssey from this dealership although a lot of red flags start appearing doing the purchase my family and I need a family size vehicle as soon as possible.
