Dealship will lie to get a deal and not rectify mistakes . The buying process went smooth overall. It's the mistakes made and misleading information I found out afterwards that was the problem. Charlie Holman was my salesman and he was overall great. I am currently living in New York but was in need of a car and visiting family so went to Honda of Annapolis. Very Pleased My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Honda of Annapolis. Our sales consultant was Justin Gambino, and he was very helpful and professional. I feel the dealership worked well together to help us find the right car for us. They were also excellent with our children which made our buying experience easy going and quick. Would not offer emailed offer that was sent to me Like to share my terrible experience at a Honda dealer (Honda of Annapolis). Lets start with that I was using a car buying service through USAA, after filing out the appropriate information the dealer contacted me and setup an appointment, all was good. Customer Service I went to the dealership just looking around and Kevin Parker walked over and was very friendly and asked me if i needed hep with anything i told him what i was looking for in a car and he showed me a bunch of cars in my price range and explained the difference between all the cars and which one would best fit me and my family. Great Service! I had come in just to browse. I am in the market for a new vehicle. I had dealt with a salesman name Kevin. He was very professional and knowledgable of the inventory. I really enjoyed that he was able to show me what might work for me, after giving him the info of how much I am looking to spend.
