Between the service technician and service adviser, the repair recommendation typed on the invoice included replacing two catalytic converter heat shields at $568 EACH. The service adviser stated (though it was not noted on the $119.50 diagnostic invoice), we could save a lot of money by simply having the old shields clamped....for $490. I chose this rating based on Stefka's considerate nature, I chose this rating based on Stefka's considerate nature, her relaxed personality, and the sense that she was absolutely not attempting to push ANY particular car or extra for me to purchase. The fact that she got me in and out of the dealership with a new car in under two hours, and on time for an early afternoon appointment on a Saturday is also something worthy of mention.

Poor service. Did not take enough out for taxes and tags and when i called back andre cussed me out telling me it was my fault. Had to pay $500 out of pocket for fees that shouldve been apart of financing.They "detailed" the car I purchased leaving wax residue everywhere. The salesmen and finance department were nice but the management is horrible. Please don't make the mistake i did by not reading all the reviews. Save yourself a trip an go elsewhere

Went to look at a used cars. Quoted one price on phone and same price when I test drove. All of a sudden price increased by 3000 dollars since I was told car not inspected and it would need that much in repairs. If the car was in that bad of shape I should not have been allowed to drive. I would suggest everyone avoid dealing with the shoddy and unprofessional dealer.

Stopped by to look at new CRV's but decided it was not right for me. Stefka helped me to find a used CRV that did meet my needs. Very helpful. Quick and easy process.

Stefka was so wonderful to work with. She was patient with me while I decided on the necessities my new car needed. She is pleasant and was not pushy at all. Stefka's customer service was amazing! She made my experience of purchasing a new car great. Thanks Stefka. This dealership also worked with me to beat the price another dealership offered me. I was sold!

So glad I did not deal with this dealer. Checked it out and friends were right. Dishonest, unprofessional, discourteous, unfriendly and it is surprising this place stays in business. Do not patronize.

Sevice was fast and professional. Went out of their way to make sure we had the vehicle we wanted, and were quick about adding aftermarket roof rack. Dan was great at keeping the process moving forward. He listened to our needs and worked to meet that instead of trying to push us into something we didn't need or want. Enjoyable car buying experience.
