Dealing with Honda of Annapolis was a great experience. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and accommodating. Of special note was our salesperson, Vicky Henderson. From my first visit, to check out the Acura RDX I saw on AutoTrader, to the actual purchase, Vicky was friendly and conscientious. I have purchased four Hondas from Honda of Annapolis in the last four years, three of which I purchased from Andrew. I have always been impressed with his attention to detail and service. He makes purchasing a car a pleasure. I have recommended Honda of Annapolis to a number of potential buyers. I most strongly recommend this dealership and Andrew as a salesman. In addition the service department is efficient, clean and they always get the service done in a timely manner.

Andy was very respectful of my buying wishes and worked with the sales manager to get me the best value for the CRV I wanted. After the paperwork was complete and the car was delivered to us, Andy spent a lot of time ( over 30 min.) going over the features of this CRV verses the previous ones we have owed in the past.( this was the 10th car we have purchased from this dealership.)Andy even help program the bluetooth before we left. This kind of service is rare to find in todays marketplace.

Over all great experience. This is my second car purchased there and would return again. Staff was very helpful and answered all my questions. My sales person even came in on his day off to help me!
