Kevin Parker I went in with very low expectations, I mean buying from a sales person at a car dealership is supposed to be like the worst thing ever. Not this time! Kevin Parker was phenomenal. Great Experience w/ James Manning Great Experience at Honda of Annapolis. Friendly customer service and attention to detail from everyone. My sales consultant, James Manning was knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased as well as the trade-in of my used vehicle. I received a recall notice for our Civic concerning the passenger side air bag. I made an appt to get it replaced. I received numerous emails reminding me about my upcoming appt. After making the 90 minute drive to the Annapolis Honda at my assigned service time, I was told they had never ordered the part!
