Great Sales Team Chris Whitesell was great to work with and very accommodating to my changing needs and questions. He was one of the main reasons I returned to to Honda after visiting Hyundai down the street.
Recently purchased CRV Honda is a brand that sells itself so the dealership you choose is critical. My experience with Honda of Annapolis and Vencent Rucker in particular was excellent. No high pressure sales tactics and he went out of his way to make the entire transaction easy and painless. Mr. Rucker went above and beyond and provided me with superb customer service!

Attentiveness and warmth I've been coming back to te Honda of Annapolis over and over because I feel I've been treated fairly and in a very professional way. Charlie took care of my last two past purchases and always made sure I understood the details of the vehicles and the process that took place , gettig things done in a proper time manners as well . The staff was friendly and checking on us often in case we needed a drink or a meal as well. Nice customer service .
New car sales I have given this place a one-star because of its poor service. I've requested several times to see a new vehicle by phone and in person and ask for a price to be sent to me by phone or email and three different people promise to get back to me in 45 minutes to an hour and it is now 5 days later with still no email or phone call with a new car sale. I have had the same experience 10 years ago and thought I'd give them a try again nothing has changed same old disappointing results.
Awesome This is my 2nd time purchasing a new vehicle from Honda of Annapolis and each experience that I encountered was a great one. As soon as I step foot on the lot I was greated and that to me is the most important part of great customer service.
