Honda Accord Looked at a number of mid size sedans and they all kinda blend together. My top 3 were the accord, mazda 6 and the fusion. Ended up going with the Honda because Dan Cahill was the only salesman that actually knew the product. Very Patient Salesman My boyfriend recently bought a car from Lawrence. HE had a ton of questions and had to make 3 visits to the dealership before he make his decision. He was treated like he was the only person in the world when he was there. I would recommend Honda of Annapolis to anyone.
Used Focus Not sure how a Honda dealer ended up with a used ford focus but boy did I luck out. The 2013 I found there was so much nicer than the certified used ones I saw at Ford. Not only that but the sales person Dan Cahill knew more about the car than the ford guy! Very smooth process and was in and out in 2 hours. The best part was it was thousands of dollars less than Ford!
Happy CRV Owner! I went to Honda of Annapolis just to test drive a CRV. Anne Marie scheduled my appointment and already had the keys and the vehicle ready of test drive when I arrived. She was so thorough, patient and professional I ended up buying my CRV that day!
Excellent experience! I was dreading going in to buy a new car but I couldn't put it off any longer. My past experiences had been less than satisfactory and I left feeling bruised and battered. A great team effort by Mark and Bill my sales team. I came into the dealership on short notice and Mark Rivers my sales person was not in yet. His floor partner Bill Painter took care of me and knew all the information I told Mark. I bought my Honda and was out of there within 2.5 hours. I spent a least one half hour with the insurance agent which took the most time. Go see Mark or Bill for your Honda needs.
Stress-free Vehicle Shopping I decided to go shopping for a minivan over the weekend and stopped by Honda of Annapolis. Vicky, our salesperson, showed me the available vehicles without pressuring me. After my family test drove an Odyssey, we decided it was the right vehicle for us. We filled out the necessary paperwork, both Vicky and Mikhail provided excellent customer service by explaining things and answering our questions. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
Worst auto transaction ever - Staff is awful Bill Painter and mgr Alex were the worst. Gave us a hard time with financing because we had a bank check. Told us we could not have the vehicle for the price we wanted, the advertised price was for Honda financing only. WOW! Bill raised his voice at us about not signing some paperwork, that did not need to be signed because we had our own financing. They were very rude and very unprofessional.
