Accord Dan was awesome ! Went through our buying service and the whole thing was streamlined. We were in and out in 2 1/2 hours in which time we picked out the accord, drove it, did paper work and went over all the features. Great experience!

Professional Dealership! Bought a used 2013 Dodge Ram from Honda of Annapolis yesterday. My wife and I drove over 100 miles to make the purchase. Seamless and great value purchase experience I am an older customer that was in the market for a new Honda. My sales consultant Mark took his time to show me the different trim levels and was a easy going person to work with. Horrible Customer service from sales after purchase! I purchased a 2018 Civic. After going through all the paperwork and the dealership preparing the car it was late at night. I drove the car home. The next day my drove the car an noticed a chunk taken out of the headliner on the passenger side by the door well. I reported it to the sales person. They told me to take it to service. Amazing exciting purchase of ‘19 Odyssey I will start with saying that my husband and I had not bought a new car in over 10 years. We knew Honda had wonderful safety features but no idea what we were about to get. We knew we wanted at least a 7 seat suv. Dan was our sales person. He was amazing!
