Best Experience Ever buying a car If you are going to by a Honda, go to Honda of Annapolis and ask for James. James does not pressure you at all and he explains everything in detail. James came in on his day off to help me buy the car. I asked James to please don't make sit through the finance part and have to through all the warranties and things. rude rude rude This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. My salesperson Vicky did not know any knowledge on any of the cars there. When I attempted to ask her a question about a truck that was for sale her response was "just go online on your phone and look at it." She was on her phone the whole time and if she wasn't on her phone she was not present to answer any questions I had. crv lease I leased a new crv from Honda of Annapolis and couldn't be more happier. Best of all, there was no pressure. From the moment we walked in the door to the closing of our paperwork with their finance manager, we drove away with exactly the car we were looking for and were very pleased with the entire experience. Vicky Henderson is terrific! Vicky is very knowledgeable about her Honda vehicles. We went to this dealership with a particular vehicle in mind but after consulting with Vicky, listening to her suggestions and going with our gut, we ended up purchasing the perfect vehicle for us! She was patient, eager to listen and learn about us, asked us questions and answered ALL of ours, even included our daughter. I would absolutely recommend Vicky and would absolutely return in the future!
