Worse dealership by far that we have ever visited. They sent us a quote for a 2012 Honda Fit Sport that they did not even have in stock (bait and switch) and then our guy skipped our appt and then wrote us a nasty email that was waiting for us when we got home. If you do go to this dealership, deal with David, he was very nice.
This is the second Honda I have purchased from Honda of Annapolis and although the timing of it was horrible for me, David and Andre made it happen without adding any additional stress. They did not pressure or annoy me but provided all the resources I needed to make the decisions I had to make. "Gunny" Sal Teta is very knowledgeable and very good to work with when purchasing a Honda automobile at Honda of Annapolis. He is a Marine's Marine, and obviously proud to be such. This recent purchase was the second Honda Accord that I bought through him, and he was honest and helpful in all details of both sales. WARNING TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE! I worked with these people for over 2 weeks when we finally came to an agreement and they put it IN WRITING I drove from Northern Virginia across the beltway during rush hour only to have them no longer honor our written agreement. After listening to 1.5 hours of lies I packed up my things and walked out disgusted and with the sense that I have wasted countless hours for nothing.
