I am appalled by the service of this company. I paid for a warranty for my HVAC On 8/7/2023 they sent out a contractor and they never returned to fix the system. I waited until today 8/31/2023. Then they say the part in the HVAC system is not covered under the warranty. Then what is covered. Go with another warranty company because this place will only take your money. They provided no follow up to see if my service was completed between 8/6-8/31. They only want your money.

I have had Home Serve for several years. Home Serve has been a life saver for me. As a senior on a fixed income, Home Serve has taken care of my plumbing and gas line problems. The best part is that they know what needs to be done and makes sure it gets done correctly. I have recommended Home Serve to all my family and friends because they are courteous, efficient and always make sure my repairs are made promptly and correctly.

I use to be very happy to have HomeServe until lately. I made a call because I was having plumbing issues. I was told that I did not have the services for my plumbing, I ask how could this be when I obtained both outside and inside line services at the same time, and was using the same card for payment. I was told the service was cancelled back in 2021 for non-payment, I asked how is this possible when the other service is still active. The company is great! they responded immediately and arrived to my home the day of the call. The rep diagnosed the problem and repaired the problem. The unit works great now.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Have called several times in the last month to get a repair done. They lost the first claim ticket, and now can't find people in the area to do the repair. They even asked me for referrals for places to fix this. I cannot discontinue service until the repair has been done otherwise they won't pay for it even though they were told about it over a month ago. Would not recommend. It would have been less of a hassle to not have this service and pay for repairs out of pocket.

Great company, my father and I both use Home Serve. My dad lives in a small town, with limited service companies, they were able to get a company out to repair his problem rather quickly. I recently called them for electrical and plumbing problems, I live in the *******area, they were very prompt in getting someone out on the same day. Both companies provided excellent customer service.

Worst customer service of any company I have worked with. On phone 3 hours, talked to 9 representatives…2 in billing, 4 In customer service, 3 in repair service. Two supervisors were asked to call me back, no one has in 24 hours. This company has employees working from home, they cannot answer questions that are not visible on their computer screen, if they want a supervisor to assist them, they have to “email” a supervisor and wait (like me for a call back). This company has multiple contracts and plans with various options... read more

I took out several of their plans about 56 years ago because they offer what you really need for your home. I have to say they have been there every step of the way. I had to have major plumbing done in my yard and they covered the entire cost. I now have about 6 plans with them and believe in them wholeheartedly. There is never a service call for any of the plans. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed!!!
