On Oct 11, 2023, I called in for service and all I needed was my tub unclogged. Technician Darrlyn from ****** ********came out and he could not unclog my tub and told me I needed new drains and they would have to tear up my bathroom floor or either tear out my kitchen ceiling in order to fix the problem. He left my tub a mess and would not clean out the mess when he left. This is a review of HomeServe USA Corp's failure to honor the full amount of coverage for a water heater that was installed during the summer. Specifically, the coverage was for approximately $1800, the fair price in my area. HS only paid $656, claiming the service was not approved prior to installation and that the above mentioned payment was only a "we value your as a customer" gesture. That is not true. If I could leave zero I would very unprofessional company -This company is fraudulent- they took my money for a whole year and when I went to book a tuneup after paying they told me they could not and wouldn’t offer any refund also had the heating tune up a week ago and the person they sent here was here for three minutes just checked off his list (one I knew was broken already the humidifier and he he checked it off as working ) so I knew nothing was done I questioned it and nothing and now I couldn’t book my ac tune up for... read more

DO NOT use this company under any and all circumstances. They are an absolute fraud. They will NOT protect your home from anything. They have close to 1000 complaints in the last year! My toilet has obvious issues with stains of sewage and I was told their was "no problem" by the non professional plumber they sent to my home and that "insurance wouldn't pay for anything." I am also writing my congressman / Senator to get this business's license removed.

COULD NOT DO THE JOB. HAD TO CALL SOME IN THEY DID THE JOB IN 45 MIN. HAD TO PAY THEM OUT OF POCKET. LOOKING FOR REIMBURSEMENT.

I’m writing about an offer received from Homeserve in Norwalk, CT dated 10/02/2023. The wording is so misleading, I had to read the offer three times and make note. Their heading, in bold Re: Exterior Sewer/Septic and Interior Plumbing and Drainage Line Information for (gives our address) Keep in mind we just had major work done on the septic tank, so this when this popped out in dark bold lettering, the first thing my mind did was excuse any wording that said “NOT COVERED”. Home Serve was very quick to get our water lone fixed. They are very nice and professional.

Homeserve contractor make false statement that my bathroom drange line have snack stuck. When other contractor come in and broke my wall see it's was not there. Now because of there fault they refuse to fix my wall. When i call to customer service they making all the excuses to ignore my case.

They did a great job.I had some one else i cancelled that company .The price is better for me.and they work fast and clean.
