I just had a great experience with home serve. They told me the plumbers they were sending were ******* *********** **** ******* **and I was thrilled because I had them do work before. Who comes to your house makes the difference…so request the names of local plumbers they work with. ******* *********** came, found the problem, contacted Homeserve for pre-authorization (that took less than 24 hours however it went until the next morning which sucked being without toilet and water for this long), and then came back to finish ... read more

I have used home serve three times now and am very pleased with them. 2 times for plumbing issues, and one electrician. The company they sent out was great each time. We are in the ************area, I see they have many 1 star reviews, perhaps it's regional? I would recommend them personally.
