This company has been great to work with. They are very responsive and have been provided great resources in sending great contractors available in my area. So far, the contractors have been great too!!
Awesome plumber , he explained every step. He was great, and he cleaned up his mess. I recently had other *****s done and they left their mess. It is hard to get such a great person like I got. When I called in the gal didn’t understand that I couldn’t run any water. The plumber she recommended couldn’t come for 4 days. I called back and I got the best guy.

I have a emergency at my home two and a half weeks ago , so I called a plumbing company to come out, the company wasn’t able to help me so I put a call in to home serve for help. I waited for 8 days before they send out a plumber to my home to look what was going on it looked like I would need some of my sewer pipes replaced ,it’s now going on my 3rd week with no access to bathroom usage because everything is backing up into my basement, homeserve knew that I had this issues I’m still waiting for someone to come a fix my sew... read more

Home Serve Worry Free what a Joke. This company is a Rip Off . I've had Exterior water Service Line Since 2019 I purchase this service because i had a neighbor who had a water leak and had no coverage. Recently my water lin had to be replace due to a water leak in the Roadway which DEP in not responsable for. as DEP explain to me that the water line belongs to my property and my serve agreement states that my property is covered which was not with Home Serve. We have been with HomeServe for quite a few years with positive results. This time was no different. We had a clogged sewer line which was resolved on a Sunday morning, only hours after we had made our call on Saturday afternoon.
