If I could give a zero no stars I would this company needs to be investigated and reported for a class action lawsuit because they our horrible you cant talk to anyone and they give emails and numbers for nobody to return people changing everyday I have a long list of zeros for this company but the one that puts the icing on the cake is the little despot they returned when I went to deposit the check it states that the check couldnt be cashed and to contact the maker when reaching out to the company I got the run around and ... read more

This is a horrible property management company. They have horrible customer service. They have so many departments and they dont communicate in any way. They have no rush to get your maintenance issues fixed within any sort of time frame but yet they will hound you with emails if you are even one day late on rent. I will never use them again and if I could get out of my contract now without owing them more money or anything I would but unfortunately there isnt a way. I'd give this organization a zero if i could. My 70+ parents are renting a home from this "organization" and have enter multiple tickets for help for their AC unit being out for two weeks in July in San Antonio Texas. A lot of excuses and appointments scheduled and still nothing is resolved. Instead of any sort of fiscal compensation for my folks having to rent a hotel they've gotten, oh we're sorry we'll get someone out there right away for the last two weeks. I never seen it coming, all the different fees associated with a lease. Eviction reimbursement fee , because I paid rent on the 4th , not to mention a late fee on top of the eviction reimbursement fee. Just ridiculous on how company's can just rob people. Air vents that low towards the windows. Move in 2/16/2024 stove light stayed on until 3 months later. Heater and AC had problems at move in date, leakage in garage on top of cars. HRG failed to complete a pre-move in inspection prior to me signing my lease. Per the terms the inspection is to be complete within 2 days of the lease being signed. I did not have full access to the home (because I was locked out of the garage) for well over 2 weeks which is a breach of contract. HRG lapsed my Rhino surety and is demanding $2900 deposit fee for a home that has over 30 maintenance requests and no documented inspection. ZERO stars for sure! I recently signed my lease to begin 06/08 and was given 1 key to the front door through a lock box that was on the door. I have not met up with anybody from this company not even when I went to tour the house. Communication has only been through emails. There were several problems with the house when I moved in and I did follow the rules of sending in a maintenance request for all of those things on 06/13 and they still have not been taken care of. STAY AWAY! This is a ruthless, heartless, deceitful company. I never once spoke to a real person, they ignored requests I made for repairs, ignored my requests to drop the pet fee AFTER MY DOG DIED, they took $400 out of my security deposit for cleaning after I hired a cleaning company to do it myself, and they illegally pulled an entire month rent from my bank account AFTER I TERMINATED MY LEASE AND MOVED OUT! Complete SCAM! They stole my security deposit after telling me I had to move out due to the homeowner having to move back into the house! They sent me the home river group official security check back and then bounced It! They had the check bounce! When meanwhile, they sent the paperwork to show in detail with the check that I am entitled to everything and there were NO deductions that were taken out of the check. 2 weeks later when I deposited the check into my bank account after getting It by mail, It got flagged for insuf... read more
