Worst company I ever rented from , no communication at all. Filing on me I never knew about until I tried getting a new place

Worst experience ever! They never communicate nor respond to request. They raised our rent over 400 dollars in 5 years of paying them. The parking for the town homes sucks and we just got a new place and they took over 1000 dollars for cleaning and paint etc. buyer be ware. You’ll also get a new property manager about every 6 months lol it’s a joke do not rent from them!
They never respond. They sent out a new lease 5 months past my renewal month. They wanted renters insurance now, but did not give much information on requirements. No one to ask questions. Then it says I will get the $200 origination fee which I paid when I first moved in and still can not get a response on this after multiple emails. Also my fridge stopped working over a week ago and I have not gotten a response to maintenance request. *** is the worst company to rent from. The day I was moving to the home, I opened the house and the whole house was filled with bugs. I called and reported numerous times that I need a Pest Control here they said it's not an emergency. A few days later they canceled the request. I asked to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions still nobody contacted me and I don't have any contact information to contact. Very unprofessional and rude company to work with. Just moved into my home that was move in ready but is dirty and never cleaned. It smells like urine. I was harassed by the property manager to pay 5 days early at 9pm at night. but once we tried to call for them to clean the home they wont answer. :( we just wanted to have a clean home especially for 3200 a month..
This rental company is an absolute joke. In January we noticed some flooding in our back room, we called and they sent our a water extraction company and a construction company who looked at the outside of the property but never went inside to see any damage. We never heard from Karla, our property manager, or anyone for that matter until our AC went out in June. I would give it zero stars if possible. They are the worst company to rent from. They have mandatory hidden fees, the "New" houses are garbage and they don't fix anything. I just got a HOA fee added to my rent but we don't live in a HOA community. Good luck getting someone you understand on the phone after you rent.
They harass you with emails and text messages. They constantly change your ledger. They place fraudulent charges on your account. They asked for maintenance fees, but dont do any maintenance. They say their units are central air when they are not. allow me to move into a Unit without a working furnace

Please do not use this company. Every comment and review is true. I lost hope on getting any of my deposit money back. I dont have time or emotional energy to spend on them. GOD DONT LIKE UGLY AND I HOPE THIS COMPANY GETS EVERYTHING COMING TO THEM
