They are farming for application fees and mystery admin fees. This place is attempting to benefit from others misfortune. I don't think it's illegal. Just highly immoral.

They have treated me poorly! Since day 1 when they found out I had Autism! Michael j. is a nightmare to deal with! So stephanie W. took over! At first she was on my side now she's against me! They took a partial payment for may and i am about to pay june and they are threatening an eviction! I have offal anxiety and haven't slept well in nights and now i'm sick! I really hope that this place gets shut sown! they don't care about us just their $$$! Run and never look back!

They are most likely just scamming money off background checks for property they don't even have. I applied w thousands of dollars saved and 50k in income and just bc my FICO was a few points too low they declined it. 75$ is insane and supposedly they have 4 apartments in the building I was interested in and they won't even speak to me. After reading reviews all over the internet it looks like I'm definitely not the only one. Luckily I'm single bc each applicant also has to pay 75$. I would rate it zero stars but that's not an option. They swoop in to buy properties that are awful, they "slap lipstick on a pig", then double what the rental price was and wait. In the meantime their policy is to not keep up the exterior and do any yard maintenance unless a neighbor complains. There are several of their properties in my neighborhood they own, that sit vacate with a for lease sign that can't be seen because the grass is so tall. The Application to Leasing Process for tenants has been a miserable. Many regrets - do not expect reliable communication from this company and their employees. They make the leasing process as fragmented and painful as possible to justify their fees. Buying a house is easier than renting from these people. I would give zero stars if it was possible. My wife and I put in our application and paid our application fee. Once approved, the website wouldn't allow us to pay our security deposit. We emailed and notified the Resident Coordinator, and she told us she would "escalate this to her supervisor, and she would get back with us." This company is a rip off! My family and I are looking to rent a home, for we need a bigger space. This company has poor communication. We applied for several homes, but kept getting the run around. Then I finally emailed and asked that someone email me a home that I would be the first to apply. We waited 3 weeks before someone contacted us the let us know that someone already was approved for the home but it was supposed to be first come first served. Well that wasn't the case. If I could give this company zero stars I would. This company has zero communication and if they do, you have to go back and forth with them in order for them to understand what you are needing/wanting. I submitted an application for a house that I had no clue that was pending because they didn't let me know, then I received an email days later saying that the house has been leased but I can transfer my application over to a new property. So then I have to go through the process again, find a new house. Wait days again. For ... read more
