I had a non-emergency issue that took some sleuthing, which they nicely did over the phone with me (I'm an HVAC engineer myself). Scheduling needed to be changed once, but when they came out it was quick, focused on the issue (new boiler expansion tank) and no problems with the repair.

Long turnaround on scheduling my installation. Installers took a one day job and turned it into a 2 day gig. Did more talking than work. Guy who first gave us a quote was professional though. Price was very competitive. I would use them again.

Professional service from the initial phone call to set up an appointment to the service technician arriving on time the next day. He was knowledgeable and friendly and took Corona Virus precautions. I was impressed. Will call them for service again.

Within minutes of Steve P. arriving for my A/C service call I was impressed by this young man. Very courteous, polite, personable and most important, technically proficient. He did a great job. Excellent service (as always with Holbrook).

My recently installed HVAC system's thermostat provided an error no power message and the system would not provide any cooling. I tried for 5 hours to contact a ********* Tech Rep who I thought might assist me in changing some setting and resolve my problem. THIS WAS THE WRONG ANSWER!! I talked with two individuals over a 5 hour period and I am not sure if they even knew what the acronym HVAC stood for. the 2 service techs were very neat and and made sure everything was kept clean. they quickly found the problem and repaired it.I am very pleased with the job they did.
