Have a horrible experience with the purchase of a boiler. I was assured it was the "best" yet it has required THOUSANDS of dollars in repairs over the past 6 years. The technicians are always hard-working and polite, I think I was "sold" a bad piece of equipment that cannot perform the tasks required (it's a ******* product but it's been a nightmare to deal with). Mike was fabulous. He was prompt and courteous. Under the current circumstances, he wore a face mask, and put covering on his shoes before entering. I gave him the option to not wear the mask and he politely said no thank you. Mike serviced both units and showed me how to remove and clean the filters between visits. He was extremely professional and still personable. He was AWESOME! & Holbrook heating should be very grateful to have him as a representative of their brand.

the tech was professional, courteous, and tidy. he explained the work he'd done and left the area as he found it. another excellent experience with holbrook heating. i'll be using them again

On time, knowledgeable, and pleasant service person. The work on both heat and a/c was done efficiently and I was given a detailed oral report. We have scheduled annual preventative maintenance for almost a decade. It’s worth the peace of mind.
