We have had a small water leak from the exhaust vent since installation. Mike L. assessed the situation and gave me two options: 1. Rebuild the vent pipe or 2. Seal the leak with silicone seal. I chose to have Mike seal the leak with silicone seal. I want to report that this completely fixed the leak without a large rebuild of the exhaust pipe. It was an inexpensive repair that did the job. I gave Mike five stars but I want to add that he was professional and quite efficient. A job well done! Thank you. **** **

Colin and Sean were very professional and did a great job. They left the house tidy, and were respectful. The unit itself works great, and I strongly recommend. There is wiggle room to negotiate on price, too; not much, but every little bit helps.

Holbrook Heating Tech Joey was an excellent repair tech. He assured us that he would get the heat to return. He did diagnosis and explained the temporary solution, showed me the damaged components, and explained both what he did to get the heater functional and put on order the factory components needed to make the furnace whole. Reed did a great job and recommended that heat exchanger on our 20 year old gas furnace needed to be replaced. We decided to replace the furnace due to its age and general condition. We have always had good luck with Holbreooke Heating.
