Mike was here for a short time to complete the installation of air conditioning. I am very happy with the whole process and all technicians that worked here. I am thankful also for the telephone help with my new thermostat.

Vinny and Jade did a great job with the installation of our new air conditioning. They were both courteous, efficient, and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable. When the job was completed, Jade walked us through to explain the entire system. He displayed a very pleasing and patient manner as he answered our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to call Holbrook Heating for any of our future heating or air conditioning needs. My husband commented,"they sure know their stuff."

Eric L did a wonderful job repairing our furnace. He is very efficient and knows how to trouble shoot a furnace. He had ours up and running in no time! He is very personable and a great guy!

We had no heat and no hot water and called Holbrook on 1/10/2020. Service tech,Gregg C. came to house shortly after the call. Gregg was polite, efficient and he worked until we had heat. He had to order a part to get us anew coil for hot water. He returned on1/23/2020 to put in the coil. Now we have a functioning boiler/ furnace. We would recommend and have recommended Holbrook and Gregg C . We especially appreciated having an explanation of what was wrong and what had to be replaced. Thank you, *** ******& *** *** *****

from beginning to end holbrook heating provided complete competent service from the phone operator/dispatchers in the office to the techs primary and follow up all was on time courteous and highly recommended. in the future we wont hesitate again requesting their service assistance

Tech "Barney" was very good & professional doing his job. He did find a couple of other problems which he fixed. Our oil burner seems to be running smoothly. Try to keep on top of maintenance of the burner with annual check-ups. Really have not had a problem with Holbrook Heating over the years.

It had been several years since I had my heating system inspected. I contacted Holbrook Heating and they setup an appointment. The technician was Greg C. and arrived ontime. We talked and then Greg and his assistant made their way down to the furnace. As Greg began prepping the system for inspection, I asked a few questions about the inspection.
