Similar issues as other people they've abused, apparently. Sold us a Slim system, which has never worked right -- and they were only too happy to charge us every time they came out and spent hours "fixing" it. Last technician said that the insides looked as if it had been thrown off a moving truck -- which meant it was a defective unit to begin with (and which cost us another 10 hours of labor and the luck of unguarded honesty to find out). Dan R. is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He thoroughly inspected and cleaned our gas furnace and air conditioning unit. Dan explained all our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Holbrook Heating and Dan R. for HVAC service. We have used Holbrook Heating for installation of HVAC in a previous home and their excellent service has not changed!

He was concise and clear, and explained the technical details in a way that enabled me to make a decision regarding the job. Steve P**** was here to do the annual maintenance on the oil furnace, hot water heater and dryer vent. He did a great job and he was very thorough in checking everything over.
