The service technician, Dave, was punctual, polite, and very educational. I had a problem with a component of my HVAC system. The problem was explained in detail, which I much appreciated. All my questions were answered satisfactorily. I will continue to obtain services through Holbrook Heating.

The crew was very professional, Both installers of my A/C unit were courtesy and polite, The installation was done efficiently, the placement of the unit was done neatly and placed according to our plan. They explained the unit's operational features and answered all my questions. Very good job. Would certainly recommend Holbrook to my friends.

John was very professional, helpful and very, very patient with an elderly man with health issues and a language barriers. Took extra time to explain things so the owner could understand the options available and worked up a reasonable plan for replacing the HVAC system. I was witness of his conscientious handling and I appreciate very much what he has done for this family. Thank you John!!
