It had been several years since I had my heating system inspected. I contacted Holbrook Heating and they setup an appointment. The technician was Greg C. and arrived ontime. We talked and then Greg and his assistant made their way down to the furnace. As Greg began prepping the system for inspection, I asked a few questions about the inspection. I had a great experience with Mike. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it. However, I have a continuing problem with this ****** boiler that was sold to me by **** *****through your company, Holbrook Heating. I seem to keep celebrating my anniversary (4 years) relative to the purchase of this boiler. Every winter these past 4 years there has been a problem. Mr. ******** is a very good customer and we appreciate his business. He has had some issues with the boiler since we installed it. Some of these issues were created by the environment that the boiler resides in. We addressed these issues at no charge to the customer and it seems to have corrected the problem. The most recent problem was due to items outside the boiler. I’m assuming that the air flow Mr. ******** refers to is actually an autovent bleeder on the piping. We did not install this. Cole and Owen showed up at my house on 1/6/20 to install a new boiler and the were nothing but professional. They kept us informed and what they were doing and finished when they said they were going to. They answered all our questions and cleaned up after the job. This was not an easy install for they had to bring the boiler to the back yard and under a deck to get to the basement. Great job by these two young men!

Eric L**** was very professional, did a thorough inspection of our 19 year old hot water heater, and determined that it was leaking inside. He explained what Holbrook would do to replace it and we ordered a new unit. It should be installed and running the next day after this service call.
